The Abbington Villas are located just past "The Hilton Hotel" in Palmetto Dunes. They are beautifully landscaped and overlook the lagoon. These villas are situated across from the Windsor Place and Barrington Condominiums. Private entrance with parking available just outside each individual unit. Just a short walk to the beach, Abbington renters have access to the Barrington facilities and all other Palmetto Dunes amenities.
Abbington villas are extremely comfortable and have two bedrooms each with their own adjoining bath. The master suite has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a large sectional sofa with a fold out queen-size bed, if needed. A pine armoire with a TV/VCR and stereo system is located across from the sectional. There is also an additional TV located in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is large and well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, walk-in pantry, and a full washer and dryer. The adjoining dining room seats six. Both the living room/dining room area and master bedroom overlook the beautiful lagoon.
The pool is directly across the street and there is a 3-minute walk to the beach.
