Our website accepts credit card payments to our Paypal account. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE RENTAL PAYMENTS! FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE PAYPAL CHECKOUT.
We prefer to handle reservations by check or money order. However, we recognize some guests prefer to use a credit card for various reasons. You may choose to make any payment below by credit card. However, please use this option wisely as it increases our cost of doing business.
There are three reservation options. Scroll down and click on the appropriate icon below to reserve the unit:
Reservations less than 30 days prior to arrival - When the arrival date is 30 days or less, a 100% rental payment is due. Click the icon for the advertised rental amount, sales tax will be added at checkout.
Reservations between 30 - 90 days prior to arrival - A 50% rental payment is due immediately ($200 of the 50% deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation). The final 50% rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Click on the icon indicating 50% rental payment by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Reservations more than 90 days prior to arrival - In order to reserve a villa more than 90 days from arrival date, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. The balance of the 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival and the rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security/Damage Deposit - We require a $500 security deposit to be placed on a credit card one week (seven days or less) prior to arrival. Scroll down to the security deposit icon, click on the icon and pay the security deposit (unfortunately, Paypal automatically charges sales tax on all transactions, so you will be charged 12% sales tax also). We will refund the security deposit plus sales tax immediately upon departure and inspection of the unit by our cleaning company.
Cancellation Policy - A $200 cancellation fee is charged for any cancellation. If a reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund (less $200 fee) will be credited. If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days, 50% of the rental will be refunded and no refund will be made for cancellations less than 15 days. Please keep in mind we will make every attempt to reschedule your reservation and avoid cancellation fees.
7% Florida Sales Tax and 5% County Sales Tax - The sales tax is automatically added to items in the shopping cart including the security deposit.
